Senior Graphic Designer

Role Purpose
We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer & Design Manager to own creative quality, lead a small in-house design team, and deliver high-impact design work across multiple client brands and our internal company brand.
This role is hands-on and leadership-driven: you will design, review, mentor, and manage — ensuring work is on-brand, on-brief, and on time.

Creative & Design Excellence
Produce high-quality design work across digital, print, social, campaign, and brand assets
Act as final quality control and sign-off on all design output
Maintain exceptional standards in layout, typography, colour, and visual hierarchy
Translate briefs and strategy into strong creative solutions
