Position: Senior Group Human Resources
Location: Wisma MBMR, Kuala Lumpur
Armani Group, an established and growing property development group, is seeking an experienced Senior Group Human Resources professional to support and enhance our group-wide HR functions as the organisation continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant Human Resources experience
Strong knowledge of HR operations, policies, compliance, and people management
Able to work independently with a high level of maturity, organisation, and accountability
Demonstrates sound professional judgement with effective communication and interpersonal skills
Capable of supporting HR matters across multiple entities within a group structure
Added Advantage:
Prior experience in the construction or property development industry
Exposure to group-level HR functions or multi-entity corporate environments
