Role Overview

The Senior Group Risk Pricing Analyst is responsible for the technical pricing, experience analysis, and operational delivery of Group Risk and Employee Benefits quotations and rate reviews for both new and existing business. This is a senior, hands-on role requiring deep expertise in Group Risk, particularly experience-rated pricing, combined with strong organisational skills, process ownership, and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Price new business experience-rated Group Risk and Employee Benefits quotations.
• Conduct annual rate reviews, analysing claims experience and benefit design.
• Apply pricing assumptions, trends, and margins using approved pricing tools.
