Senior Group Underwriting Best Practice Analyst

Position Type: Permanent

As the Senior Group Underwriting Best Practice Analyst, you will be responsible for leading and executing initiatives with a strong focus on documentation, processes, tools, and training & development. This will require research, monitoring, and resolving/aligning market differences and gaps to improve efficiency within Group Underwriting tools and processes while supporting growth and persistency strategies.

What You Will Do

• Support the Group Underwriting leadership team by aligning processes and tools, including (but not limited to): Online GUM, Access, Renewal Template Quote Template, Manual Rates Calculator, Case Initiative Identifier, Execution of the Group Underwriting Best Practice roadmap
• Lead and implement best practice initiatives within the Underwriting team
• Design and facilitate a training curriculum to support underwriters from entry level to experienced roles
