Experienced Glasshouse Grower
Our client are one of the leading, innovative and largest high-wire salad growers in the UK. Due to recent internal moves, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Glasshouse Manager to join their expert team, to be based in either Kent or the North East of England
Qualities required:
Previous technical and commercial experience in growing glasshouse salad, fruit or vegetable crops
Attention to detail and technical skills in all aspects of best husbandry and growing the crop
Strong analytical skills with clear focus on end results
Working to the highest standards with good self-motivation and wanting to achieve the best results
Good people manager, able to get the best performance from your workers
Key Responsibilities:
