Job Description
A consultative and quota-carrying Senior Growth Consultant who owns discovery and closing at scale while remaining accountable for outbound activity. This role receives qualified Discovery Calls from Growth Consultants and also self-generates pipeline through proactive outbound outreach.
Senior Growth Consultants are responsible for converting opportunities into closed-won offshoring partnerships.
(This role is hired for either the APAC or North America market. Activity and performance targets vary by region.)
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Prospecting & Engagement
Conduct consistent outbound calling to self-generate pipeline
Achieve daily live conversation targets
Engage decision-makers via phone, email sequences, and LinkedIn outreach
