Responsible to: Head of Movement Support & Growth
Department: Movement Support & Growth
Base Location: Gilwell Park or Homebased
Term: Permanent
Salary: £65,000 per annum, Band H, Level 3, Inc OLW & a MS, plus £5K car allowance - Hybrid
Salary: £63,240 per annum, Band H, Level 3, Inc a MS, plus £5K car allowance - Homebase
Hours: 35 hours per week - Frequent evenings and occasional weekends
Line Management Responsibility: 4x Regional Growth Managers and 1x Growth Projects Manager
