Job Description


As the Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will identify, test, and scale business expansion opportunities for the Youfoodz brand. This includes innovating the existing direct-to-consumer subscription channel and venturing into the B2B space. You will move with speed and agility to prioritise and execute across top channels, partnerships, and new business opportunities.


This role is based in Chippendale, Sydney and reports to the Director of Growth Youfoodz.


You will…

  • Own the go-to-market strategy for new channel, feature, or partnership launches from end-to-end.

  • Proactively identify and scope new channels or commercial models where Youfoodz can expand its Total Addressable Market (TAM).

  • Analyse quantitative data and build models to aggregate insights that drive key business decisions.
