Job Description

                    Responsibilities  Own exchange active user metrics (MAU/Cumulative Transactors), define and execute user activation growth strategies 
Lead consumer-facing growth feature planning and iteration, including task systems, check-ins, rewards stores, and trading incentives 
Plan and operate user campaigns (trading competitions, airdrops, seasonal events), with ability to build campaign platforms or templatized frameworks from 0 to 1 
Continuously optimize activation conversion and retention curves through data‑driven approaches (funnel analysis, user segmentation, A/B testing) 
Coordinate cross‑functional resources across design, engineering, data, and compliance to drive project delivery 
Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify actionable growth opportunities 
 Requirements  5+ years in internet product/growth roles, with at least 2 years at a crypto exchange or Web3 platform
