Role Summary

The Haulage Operations Executive is responsible for the daily execution of transport movements. You will ensure that containers and cargo are moved efficiently, safely, and on time. This role requires a high level of coordination between customers, port authorities, and our fleet of drivers.

Key Responsibilities

• Daily Dispatch & Planning: Plan and assign daily delivery schedules for prime movers and trailers to maximize fleet utilization and ensure timely pickups/deliveries.
• Driver Management: Brief drivers on trip details, monitor their GPS locations, and ensure they adhere to safety protocols and delivery windows.
• Port & Depot Coordination: Coordinate with Northport, Westport, and various container depots for gate-ins, gate-outs, and troubleshooting any port-related documentation issues...
