We seek Enterprise Solution Architects with extensive experience in designing and leading global, multi-module Oracle Fusion HCM transformations.



The role entails partnering with C-suite HR and business leaders to define target-state HR operating models, translate complex requirements into scalable and secure end-to-end architectures, and drive measurable outcomes across the entire spectrum of Oracle Fusion HCM (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, WFM, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Learning, and Analytics).
