We are seeking a talented individual to join our Health & Benefits team at Mercer. This role can be based in any US city. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
As a Senior Health & Benefits Consultant, Data Analytics, you will use data and analytics to advise client accounts for employers of all sizes regarding their medical, pharmacy, wellness and absence plans and programs. You will leverage Mercer tools, including our data warehouse, to deliver these services to our clients.
We will count on you to:
Lead complex client analytics engagements, managing analytics delivery. You will collaborate with the core client teams as well as other specialty practices to use data as the foundation for all of the work we deliver.
Generate sales by expanding revenues from existing clients and leading prospecting efforts with new clients.
