The Senior Sustainability, Energy, and Compliance Analyst supports Realty Income's sustainability and energy management efforts by analyzing large energy datasets, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving AI-enabled analytics. Responsibilities Energy Data Analytics & Management Aggregate, clean, validate, and analyze large, complex energy datasets across our real estate portfolio, including utility, benchmarking, and third‐party data sources. Perform detailed quality control, normalization, and reconciliation of energy consumption and cost data to support reporting, compliance, and audit readiness. Maintain clear, well‐documented data structures, methodologies, assumptions, and controls related to energy data management. Use PowerBI to develop and maintain dashboards, visuals, and analytical outputs that support portfolio‐level energy performance analysis and decision‐making.
