Senior Health Services Researcher

Key Responsibilities:

Research (50%)

• Work closely with healthcare professionals to identify problems and formulate research strategies
• Design and conduct health services research, including study design, data analysis and outcome evaluation
• Analyse and interpret healthcare data using statistical tools and machine learning techniques
• Prepare and present findings through conference and journal publications
• Assess and enhance data sources and data-gathering methods

Advanced Analytics & Operational Work (50%)

• Support descriptive and diagnostic analytics initiatives
• Contribute to quality improvement projects
• Build algorithms and design experiments to merge, manage and interrogate data
• Apply machine learning and statistical techniques to solve healthcare-related problems
• Support administrative work related to research and operational activities
