Our Client, a Financial company, is looking for a Senior Help Desk Support for their Plano, TX location. Requirements:
+ These are Tech Support roles with strong Tech Support, Windows, Mac & excellent communications background.
+ Windows 10 Cert / 1+ yrs Widows support exp is a must
+ Mac Integration Basics Certificate / 1+ yrs Mac Support exp is a must
+ ITIL Certification / 2+ Yrs Desktop Support
+ Nice to have: ITIL Cert
