Senior high-rise construction lead

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all day-to-day operations on the construction site.

Supervise staff and contractors, ensuring high standards of work and safety.

Coordinate the delivery and management of materials and resources.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.

Maintain clear communication and coordination between all stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Resolve issues, delays, and conflicts promptly and efficiently.

Any Trade Certificate or Diploma in a construction-related field.

Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.

Experience in residential property development is advantageous.
