Senior Housing Litigation Lawyer

LAW Absolute are working with a local authority based in Berkshire who are seeking a Senior Housing Lawyer for an initial period of three months.

The successful Senior Housing Lawyer will lead on complex housing casework, including disrepair, possession, homelessness, and governance matters, while providing high-quality advice that supports lawful and timely decision making across the council.

The successful Senior Housing Lawyer will be required to supervise the team (2 lawyers) in the absence of the Principal Lawyer. The team have an excellent relationship with the housing department, and you will be joining a collegiate, friendly team.

You will need to be able to attend the council offices for court days, team meetings and on an as and as needed basis. In this role you will influence policy, shape service improvements, and play a key role in delivering positive outcomes for residents.
