This is a key position within a sizeable HR team, offering exposure to employee relations, engagement initiatives, and absence management in a busy site setting.

The Role

Reporting into an HR Business Partner and working closely with Senior HR Advisors, the successful candidate will act as a first point of contact for HR queries and play a central role in maintaining positive employee relations across the site.
