They're now looking for a Senior HR Advisor to provide hands-on, pragmatic HR support and help shape a strong, progressive people culture. This is a true HR generalist role where you will be visible, influential, and close to the operation.

Responsibilities

• Advising managers on day-to-day people matters, including performance, absence, and employee relations
• Managing complex ER cases end-to-end, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes
• Coaching and supporting managers to build confidence in handling people issues
