Senior HR Advisor

Location: Remote or Hybrid – Minimum 3 days a week in Office (London, Ontario).

The role

We currently have an existing vacancy within our HR team for someone who enjoys working across complex and sensitive people matters. In this role, you’ll provide expert HR advisory support and deliver practical, high‑quality guidance that helps drive positive outcomes and a great client experience.

Responsibilities

• Owns delivery of HR advisory cases, including those that are complex and high‑risk, ensuring advice is legislatively sound, practical, and aligned to best practice.
• Provides expert guidance on HR situations, including those that are complex, high‑risk, and ambiguous, across a broad range of HR topics (e.g., employee relations, discipline, terminations, accommodations, compliance).
• Interprets and applies multi‑jurisdictional employment legislation (provincial and federal).
