About the role
Are you a hands-on HR professional with a passion for retail and experience supporting growth and expansion? Hush is looking for a Senior HR Advisor to partner with our Retail teams and play a key role in our ambitious plans for retail expansion, including new store openings, ensuring our people are supported, engaged, and empowered to perform at their best.
What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted HR partner to managers and teams across our retail business. You’ll take ownership of employee relations, recruitment, payroll support, and key people processes, helping to shape the employee experience while supporting the business to achieve its growth ambitions.
