Your role at Clorox

This role is responsible for supporting the HR Lead in SEA by providing all baseline HR operations support and execution, specifically:

• to provide 1st level HR support and execution of payroll for employee and managers in line with relevant controls, legal and Clorox standards relating to people processes, including but not limited to payroll (including managing payroll with outsourced vendors in SEA), onboarding/offboarding, employee relations (and providing HR advice in SEA (Malaysia & Philippines), benefits administration, HR Data Systems Support (WorkDay).
