What You Will Be Doing:
- Delivering and supervising day-to-day HR services across LATAM, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and service level adherence.
- Acting as an escalation point for complex employee or manager inquiries, and providing expert guidance on HR policies, processes, and systems.
- Partnering with HR Managers and Business Partners to resolve sensitive issues, ensure smooth transitions, and manage employee relations cases up to the point of escalation.
- Supporting talent processes including onboarding, employee movements, leaves of absence, and offboarding.
