Role Summary:

• This is a hybrid role with a mid-shift to night-shift schedule.
• The Senior Human Resources (HR) Analyst plays an essential role in establishing and driving HR programs for the Unisys Philippines Limited (UPL) workforce in Mandaluyong, Philippines.
• The Senior HR Analyst will work closely with leaders and associates, providing a full spectrum of HR Generalist support, including coaching and assistance on employee relations-related matters such as company policy, entitlements, onboarding, performance management, talent management, career planning, employee engagement, and organizational change management.
• The Senior HR Analyst will work closely with other members of the Asia Pacific HR team to undertake HR-related projects from planning through to implementation.
