We're partnering with a large organisation embarking on a major HRIS transformation and we're looking for a hands-on HR Architect / Delivery Lead to help shape and deliver the future-state HR technology landscape.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, architecture and delivery, and who is excited about leveraging emerging AI and automation technologies to modernise HR operations.

What you'll be doing:

• Lead the discovery, design and delivery of a modern, integrated HRIS stack across core HR, payroll, talent and analytics platforms
• Define the target architecture, integration layers and data flows to ensure seamless operation across HR, Finance and other enterprise systems
