JOB SUMMARY:

The Sr. HR Associate (Compensation and Benefits - Government Mandated) is in charge in preparation of RFP's for SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG, and monitoring if payment is made on time. He/She is also in-charge of managing all HR Function for other businesses.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

Main Functions:

• Prepare RFP for monthly mandatory benefits payment of PAAPDC
• Prepare SSS, HDMF and Philhealth contribution and loan reports (collection list) for PAAPDC
• Monitor and assure successful E-Gov payment transaction within the scheduled due date (for monthly government mandatory payments)
• Compute for SSS Sickness, SSS Maternity Benefits, Employee Compensation and Magna Carta, if any
• Daily monitoring of SS Portal for loan and retirement application certification
• Ensures that all approved loans (SSS and Pag-ibig) are encoded on time to the HRIS system
