Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering exclusively with a leading international law firm to appoint a commercial Senior HR Business Partner (APAC) to join the regional HR function based in Singapore.
Reporting directly to the HR Director based in another region, and with a dotted line in the Managing Partners across Asia, this individual will operate as a trusted adviser to the Partners and Corporate Function Heads, operating in a strategic and operational HR BP and/or Advisory Leadership role.
This individual will work as an integral part of the Regional Leadership team, partnering closely with the business to provide a best-in-class HR BP Lead service across APAC, offering consultative and pragmatic HR and people solutions.
