As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, combining hands‑on HR execution with strategic people partnering and deep expertise in labor law and compliance. You will ensure that all people‑related decisions, policies, and processes evolve in line with business needs while maintaining strong legal and regulatory alignment.
This position will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, advising leaders on complex people matters, and proactively identifying and mitigating labor and compliance risks.
