Senior HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development (Service & Vendor Management) | Global Role. A global pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation is seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner – Talent Acquisition & Organisational Development (Service & Vendor Management) to lead Talent Acquisition service and vendor management, oversee Talent and Organisational Development (TOD) activities, and provide HR Business Partnering support to defined business areas. The role operates in close collaboration with the CHI HR Leadership Team (HRLT) and senior business leaders, supporting a holistic people agenda aligned with business objectives. In this role, you will be responsible for recruitment service management, vendor management linked to TA and TOD, and HRBP support for designated business areas.
