Overview

Lutron has an immediate opening for a Senior HR Business Partner in our Costa Rica site. In this role, you will be a key member of the Human Resources team, supporting a wide range of HR initiatives including recruiting, employee development, cross‑functional project support, and payroll administration. You will partner closely with senior leaders to support organizational goals, strengthen teams, and help deliver a positive employee experience.


Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute workforce coverage and staffing plans to support current and future business needs
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for direct labor and experienced hires, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
  • Deliver new hire orientation, ensuring employees understand company policies, benefits, and workplace expectations
  • Partner across the organization to promote a positive, consistent, and professional employee experience
