Your day at NTT DATA
The Senior HR Business Partner is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for proactively supporting the design and implementation of strategies relating to HR and also provides general HR support.
This role is required to have comprehensive technical HR specialist knowledge in order to expertly provide advice and answers to escalated queries related to their area of responsibility and/or stakeholder group.
This role fosters good relationships by acting as an extension of the relevant stakeholder group and is responsible for keeping the relevant management team updated on the HR programs being implemented....
