About The Role
We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our People team and work closely with our leaders across the Nordics. This is a senior, independent role for someone who combines strategic HR expertise with a hands-on, coaching-oriented approach to leadership support. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner, challenger and primary point of contact for leaders, providing day-to-day support while also driving longer-term people and leadership development initiatives. You will report directly to the Chief People Officer.
