WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Reporting to the Human Resources Compliance Manager, the Senior Human Resources Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in supporting the execution, oversight, and continuous improvement of compliance management programs within the Human Resources division across the U.S. in a matrix organization. This strategic role will monitor complex employment law changes, assess organizational risks, and partner with stakeholders to develop mitigation strategies that protect RBC US and strengthen our employer reputation.
 
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Conduct horizon scanning to identify federal, state, and local employment law changes and assess their organizational impact
* Manage vendor partnerships and coordinate labor law poster compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions
* Lead HR compliance reporting initiatives including EEO-1, VETS 4212, Census Bureau Surveys, OFCCP audits, and state pay data submission...
