We have an existing vacancy in our HR Compliance team, a specialized group focused on employment legislation analysis and interpretation. This team uses HR compliance expertise to track employment‑related legislative changes and translate them into explicit, practical guidance for employers. They also review content created by others for legislative accuracy, HR best practices, and established company standards. This is not a generalist HR role and is best suited to individuals with experience in HR compliance, employment law, or labour relations. This role will: Monitor and analyze federal and provincial employment and labour legislation for changes that impact clients.
