The client is an HR consultancy that provides frontline HR and UK employment law advice primarily to small and medium-sized enterprises. They focus on delivering practical, risk-aware guidance and legally informed documentation to support employers with day-to-day and complex employee relations issues.

The purpose of this role is to act as a frontline advisor providing fast and commercially realistic HR support in relation to UK employment law and practice.
