We are partnering with a well-established professional services organisation that works closely with healthcare and specialist practices across Australia. The business provides advisory support spanning practice operations, HR and administration services.

They are now seeking a Senior HR Consultant to join their expanding HR advisory team.

THE ROLE 
Reporting directly to the Senior HR Manager, this is a pivotal role focused on building and strengthening the HR consulting offering within the business. You will work closely with clinic owners and leaders to deliver pragmatic, commercially sound and compliant HR solutions.

• Provide end-to-end HR advisory support to healthcare clients across recruitment, policy development and HR frameworks.
