Job Description

Findex are currently looking for a Senior HR Consultant to join our dynamic HR team in New Zealand. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity with the flexibility to be based in Invercargill. 
What will your typical week look like? 
Provide strategic HR services and advice related to all functional HR areas; including remuneration, learning and development, recruitment and employment relations. 
Create and regularly update HR documents and templates to exceed best practice procedures and delight the client. 
Develop individual/team leadership services; including psychometric testing, training workshops, performance development frameworks and processes. 
Continually explore opportunities to improve services offered, offer new services and improve the profitability of the team.
