Position Summary
The Senior HR Coordinator plays a key role within CanaDream’s People & Culture team, supporting both strategic and operational HR functions with a strong emphasis on high‑volume recruitment, HR administration, and consistent process coordination. This role supports full‑cycle seasonal and permanent hiring across all seven CanaDream stations nationally, onboarding processes, HR data integrity, and the overall employee experience.
