Senior HR Executive (Construction)

Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen our Human Resources operations in the construction industry. This role is hands-on and operational, covering payroll, recruitment, compensation & benefits, and daily HR administration. The successful candidate will work closely with management and act as a key support to the HR Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage monthly payroll processing accurately and on time (salary, OT, allowances, deductions).
• Handle PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS submissions and statutory compliance.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, confirmations, transfers, and resignations.
• Ensure payroll data accuracy, cut-off control, and payroll reporting.
• Liaise with finance, payroll vendors, and banks where required.
