Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist)

An established precast concrete manufacturing facility backed by a Singapore investor is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen people operations at our JB factory.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who wants to build broad HR exposure and progress into a future HR Manager role .

You will oversee core HR functions , support workforce initiatives, and provide leadership for HR operations, payroll coordination, general administration, and IT support .

Key Responsibilities
