An engineering and services company is expanding its operations and is looking for a new headcount in its HR team to support broader HR functions and initiatives. The role manages the full spectrum of HR and Administration functions, including recruitment, manpower planning, performance management, employee relations, payroll coordination, and training. You will provide HR advisory support to management on policies, employment legislation, and statutory compliance, while overseeing office administration, vendor management, and document control.

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or related field with minimum 8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a senior HR role
