Job Description

The Role
The Senior Executive, HR Systems & Processes is responsible for providing support for the human resource information systems (HRIS), through leveraging on technology, in furthering the process and systems to enable HR functions and organization effectiveness. This includes the use of HR metrics and analytics, and business process re-engineering to enhance organizational capabilities.
Key accountabilities
Participate in the end-to end project schedule for a system upgrade/ implementation from requirements gathering, UAT, user training and system go-live preparations

Participation in the evaluation and implementation of HR Projects

Develop process and system documentation so as to facilitate HR user’s learning and understanding in order to achieve mastery over the processes and system in an effective and efficient manner
