with a strong background in the hospitality and café industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end HR operations, ensuring smooth workforce management, and building a positive workplace culture aligned with the brand's standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for café and hospitality staff (baristas, floor staff, kitchen staff, supervisors, etc.)
• Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
• Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs according to hospitality standards
