Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment for café and hospitality staff (baristas, floor staff, kitchen staff, supervisors, etc.)
Handle onboarding, orientation, and employee documentation
Develop and implement HR policies and SOPs according to hospitality standards
Manage attendance, shift scheduling coordination, and payroll inputs
