Senior HR Executive

About the Role

An established precast concrete manufacturing facility backed by a Singapore investor is seeking a Senior HR Executive to support and strengthen people operations at our JB factory.

This role is ideal for a well-rounded HR professional who wants to build broad HR exposure and progress into a future HR Manager role.

You will oversee core HR functions, support workforce initiatives, and provide leadership for HR operations, payroll coordination, general administration, and IT support.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Employee Relations

• Manage core HR activities including employee lifecycle, discipline, engagement, and performance support
• Provide guidance to supervisors and employees on HR matters
• Promote a positive and professional workplace environment

2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Support

• Support recruitment and manpower planning for factory and staff roles
