Senior HR Executive

Synergy Dining Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a Senior HR Executive to join our dynamic team in Bandar Sunway, Selangor. As a full-time member of our Human Resources and Recruitment department, you will play a pivotal role in driving our people strategy and ensuring a positive employee experience across the organisation.

What you'll be doing

Recruitment & Talent Management

• Develop and implement onboarding and talent retention strategies.
• Mentor and guide junior HR staff in recruitment processes.

Employee Relations & Engagement

• Handle complex employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary actions
• Design and oversee employee engagement programs and initiatives.
• Advise managers on HR policies, performance management, and conflict resolution

Payroll & Leave Administration
