Senior HR Executive

Basic + AWS + VB
Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and offboarding.
Support business units in detailed job descriptions.
Handle work pass-related matters.
HR operations and administration support.
Coordinate internal & external training & development.
Support HR Compliance and document management.
Support employee engagement and welfare.
Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline. 3-5 years of relevant experiences in shipping, logistics or maritime-related industry. Well verse in full spectrum of HR processes and procedures. Experienced in regional recruitment experience will be preferred.
