We are representing a toy distributor company in Subang Jaya, Selangor. There are one of the leading toy distributor and retailer in Malaysia. As they are expanding, they are looking for Senior HR Executive to join their team.

Job Description:

• Conduct full spectrum of HR functions include recruitment, onboarding and induction, payroll and administration, compensation and benefits, training and development, performance management, HR administration, industrial relations and other related functions.
• Perform all HR related formal black & white communication internally to all levels of staffs like employment letters, confirmation, promotion, increment, transfer and etc. 
• Manage all HR related dealing with external parties like government institutions Assist in office administration works and staff activities.
