This critical role ensures compliance with Malaysian labor laws and optimizes workforce planning. Responsibilities include overseeing daily HR operations, managing foreign workers, and enhancing employee engagement. Candidates should have a degree in HR or related fields and at least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in logistics or warehousing, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English is required, along with the ability to communicate in Mandarin being an advantage.
