**Position Overview:**
You will serve as a Senior Human Resources generalist supporting assigned manufacturing departments. Duties will include employee relations, staffing, performance management, and core HR programs. In this role, you partner closely with leaders and employees to ensure consistent application of policies, effective talent processes, and positive employee experiences in both manufacturing and office environments. You contribute to recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation and benefits support, and employee relations activities while maintaining accurate documentation and data.
